Lacrosse As Prep Sports

Offensively the main target of lacrosse game is to catch, carry, and pass the ball by using the lacrosse stick in an effort to score by eventually hurling the ball into an opponent's goal. Defensively, the target is to keep the opponent team from scoring and to divest them of the ball by using the stick checking and body contact or positioning. There are three main versions of the sport: men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse and box lacrosse. However, the game of lacrosse as prep has been gaining more popularity nowadays.
